Hi, I'm Harleen
I'm a UX Designer based in Toronto creating inclusive digital experiences through research-driven design. With an MDes from OCAD University and 4+ years of hands-on experience, I bridge the gap between complex systems and the people who use them every day.
Why UX Design?
Design has the power to remove barriers and create genuine belonging. I'm driven by making complex systems feel effortless — especially for users who are often left behind by mainstream product thinking.
What's my design philosophy?
Research first. Always.
I don't design assumptions — I design from insights. Every decision is grounded in understanding real people, their mental models, and the systems they navigate. Research isn't a phase; it's my practice.

Translating complexity into clarity.
Whether synthesising weeks of research into a design direction, or making a 15-step flow feel like three — I find the signal in the noise and design around it.
